Our Partnership with Panasea: Human Values that Truly Resonate in Making the Ocean Accessible
Because their work truly matters to us, we believe it’s important to support their cause, one that brings smiles to so many through surfing and the ocean. We donate 10% of our profits to Panasea to help them grow and to allow more people to benefit from their surf therapy programs. Our commitment is genuine, and we do everything we can to support them meaningfully. This includes cross-communication, crowdfunding support, and, above all, providing them with equipment, such as Anfibi by Mellow Sea wetsuits.
Mellow Sea's involvement with disabled sports associations
Our involvement in accessibility began through our collaboration with MVP by FMS, a responsible and inclusive workshop where we produce our upcycled products. But we wanted to go even further… We are now proud to be working with associations like Handi Surf and Panasea, which are committed to ensuring that physical or mental disabilities are no longer a barrier to surfing or enjoying the well-being the ocean has to offer.
Alongside these associations, we aim to connect with participants and co-develop products that are truly adapted to their needs.

Prader-Willi syndrome and obesity
Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) is a rare genetic disorder that affects approximately one in 20,000 births. It is caused by a chromosome 15 anomaly that occurs randomly at conception. The syndrome can also lead to issues related to obesity.
People suffering from this syndrome, just like those suffering from obesity, lack solutions for equipping themselves to experience the ocean all year round.
At Mellow Sea, we're working on technical innovations to give them unrestricted access to the ocean and its benefits.
