Velcro on the front and Velcro on the back allow you to adjust the collar closure to your preference, restricting water entry in cold weather and ventilation in hot weather. Made from limestone neoprene 100% ultra stretch makes the combination extremely flexible and comfortable, with good freedom of movement.
