Our Rendez-vous à la plage shop

We are Hélène and Romain, the managers of the "Rendez-vous à la plage" shop in La Baule. It's a shop that sells swimwear and neoprene wetsuits, but it's also a multi-generational club that includes a children's and teenagers' club, swimming lessons and fitness activities, coastal lanyards, and also a snack area.😋

We organised the Atlantic inter-zone championships on 29 and 30 April 2023 at the La Baule beach club.

Romain brought longe-côte to the Loire-Atlantique region 12 years ago and has developed his activity in St Michel Chef and the Bay of La Baule. He is the 2022 French champion in the 200m, 400m pair and 1000m quarte. ET Hélène is passionate about longe-côte, and won the title of French champion in the 100m in 2021 and the quarte in 2022. 💪🏼
