What do the ocean and your water activities bring you?

As someone who wears many hats, the ocean is the environment that helps me to balance my physical and mental health between my daily life as a young entrepreneur in mental preparation, as a lifesaving sports coach and as a lifesaving sportswoman. As soon as I'm in the water, it's my source of energy, a little pleasure when I'm rowing at sunset: dopamine +++.

Who inspires you?

One woman who inspires me in my everyday life is Laury Thilleman, because of her entrepreneurial spirit and her love of the ocean.
In lifesaving sport, when I was younger, and I admit I still am now, it was Manue Bescheron with all her commitments, her sporting career and the Capoptimist project.
And finally my great-grandmother, my grandmothers and my mother, who are the fruit of my successes to date.

What do you do when you're not in the water?

I train two or three times a day. Lifesaving is quite a demanding sport and, as I said before, it combines several disciplines into one. So, when I'm not in the water swimming or rowing, I'm running, doing crossfit, doing yoga, working on my fitness reports and so on. Mzprepamentale where I'm coaching, I spend time with my close friends and family. I coach the Nautisurf rescue team, I love reading, meeting people and learning about their experiences. I always want to learn more and I'm interested in lots of sports. I love Sunday morning brunch and all this with my faithful companion Rio the Dalmatian.

Why Mellow Sea?

I came across Mellow Sea 1 year ago at a French Coastal Championship and found out a bit more about the concept, which caught my eye. As a young entrepreneur developing mental preparation and neuroscience following my Masters at STAPS, I wanted to link the benefits of the ocean with the mind. But I also wanted to wear clothes that were in line with my values of ecological respect, which means mental well-being for the planet and for myself.

Favourite Mellow Sea product?

Le pink zip-up sweatshirt made from organic cotton, which goes everywhere with me, whether I'm coaching or after my rowing sessions. It's soft and super comfortable.

Motivational advice?

Don't wait for the weekend to make a living from your passion and get out into the ocean, add colour to every day. Life is every day.
